In 2020 we began offering a project management leadership course, developed in partnership with the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering that can be applied toward a master’s degree. The program provides in-depth instruction on advanced project management principles, focusing on the “triple constraint” concept of scope/schedule/budget, as well as the techniques needed to manage projects within the triple constraint. Just as important as delivering a project technically is delivering a project on time, on budget, and as agreed upon.
