    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at RLG International.

    Interview

Each interview is different and unique. After two telephone interviews, I was asked to attend a group interview with other candidates. It was a day-long interview process concluded with a dinner (which is definitely part of the interview). I was interviewed by 5 senior employees. Typical interview questions but also asked to present a briefing as part of a scenario where you were trying to sell work.
