I have been working at RN Network full-time (More than 3 years)
Awesome Culture, supportive staff and leader who truly care, continued training opportunities, Rewarded for hard work and success. Great Benefits. Flexible PTO, great work life balance.
Compensation structure could use some work, sometime it feels the juice isnt worth the squeeze.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at RN Network (Boca Raton, FL) in November 2017.
My first interview was a phone interview, then a week later I had an interview at RN Network where I interviewed with 4 different people and shadowed a recruiter assistant. A week after that I was called to come back in where I interviewed with two different people and shadowed a recruiter. This process took three weeks before I reached out to find out if I had got the job or not, they then told me to give them a few days to make a decision and eventually told me they're moving forward with other candidates. Do not waste your time with this company!! I had 7 interviews with this company and shadowed 2 different people.. this took a LOT of my time. I interviewed great and really clicked with everyone I interviewed with.. to only be told that they're moving forward with other candidates. Again, do NOT waste your time with this company - the process is so drawn out and pointless. Everyone of the managers will pretend to LOVE you and act like you're perfect for the job only to string you along for three more weeks.
