They put you to work immediately regardless of your ability or knowledge. Since it is a small operation you learn all aspects of the business fairly quick.
There are no consistent guidelines. There is a severe lack of professionalism by Senior Management and the inconsistency in which rules are applied along with the focus on revenue generation vs. staff development is atrocious. Lower level employees do not feel valued, and managers are pitted against each other for revenue generation. Breeds contempt and high turnover. Also, might want to question the alien hiring policy.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at RNR Consulting (Cleveland, OH) in June 2015.
Basic interview with three people. Did not seem out of the ordinary. Some of the questions were somewhat interesting as to why they would ask that. Overall I thought the company seemed a little different in that the majority were on work visas.
