    Pros

    Extremely supportive and flexible management.
Quick to praise and highlight team member achievements.
Clear targets and expectations are set.
Friendly, fun team who work hard to get their jobs done.

    Cons

Could do with a more structured training programme for new recruits.
Suffers a little from the lack of a dedicated marketing individual/team.

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RP International (London, England (UK)) in August 2015.

    Interview

The interview process had many stages and took the whole day. For the first section, we were sectioned into groups and had to deal with an assessment centre type situation. Teams had to prepare presentations and be ready to think on their feet to any challenges or objections given. Then there was a cut; those successful had 1:1 interviews. Those who passed were welcomed to a psychometric test that took 30 minutes or so to complete.
