We share with our client’s past projects and current deadlines, visions of the future and considerations of the present. But perhaps most importantly, we share the places we call home. The RS&H Elevate Fund, established in 2018, supports nonprofits in the communities we serve. 

Giving back to the communities in which we work is paramount to our firm. From local United Way programs to environmental clean-up projects, RS&H and our associates are involved in numerous organizations that aid children’s services, health-related causes, community support, and education across the nation.

In addition to charitable endeavors, our associates participate in leadership programs at the local, state, and national levels; provide minority business mentoring; serve on chamber boards; and are active in various economic development and arts organizations.

RS&H also provides educational support through World Class Academies, Educational Foundations, and Minority Scholarships.

 

At RS&H, we have been diligently tracking developments related to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and have implemented safeguards and recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to help keep our associates, clients, and partners safe.

  • On March 17, we made the decision to have our associates begin working from home as we restricted access to all our offices. We have asked our associates to work from home until June 1, as we continue to evaluate the evolving situation.
  • We have provided supplemental safety, hygiene, and social distancing guidelines to our associates working in the field and on active project sites.
  • We continue to reinforce the importance of our associates self-monitoring their health, maintaining social distancing, and following their state and local guidelines for safety.
  • We are currently limiting all in-person meetings, opting for video and audio conferencing whenever possible, and restricting attendance at conferences and other large events.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at RS&H (Jacksonville, FL) in January 2020.

    Interview

    I was invited to their aviation day program in Jacksonville office. They paid for airfare, hotel and dinner. Almost all candidates invited were for their entry level position. People were cool, open and friendly. But they didn't email if we are hired or not after interview which they said they do notify us within 14 days. After couple of emails they send pre-written email saying they moved with other candidate.
