I worked at RSA Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work Life Balance / Telecommuting flexibility for working mothers/parents
Great employee engagement activities (socials, family picnics, bring your child to work day, etc).
Phenomenal training and development for hard and soft skills (development programs, leadership programs, fast track and graduate programs)
Excellent mentoring AND sponsorship of outperforming employees
Compensation was very competitive with the marketplace (but in order to retain and attract good employees it was almost a given)

    Cons

The company has been decimated to less than a third of its original size due to bad M&A deals from the top of the house.
Instability due to fragile size creates volatility in roles and future of employment

    Advice to Management

Buy out all the retirement aged employees and start training millennial's and investing in technology or else RSA will die within this generation.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at RSA Group (Bedford, MA) in October 2011.

    Interview

I received a call to see if I would be interested in a position. I came in for an interview and met with three individuals. Twenty minutes later after I left I was asked if I wanted to come in for a second interview.
