    I have been working at RSI full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The Senior Leadership is very approachable and they go out of their way to connect with everyone. Things have been on an upswing with new projects and lots of new hires. Lots of opportunities to try new things and everyone has been helpful in making sure you can achieve your goals.

    Cons

    A bit of chaos with the rapid expansion of projects and hires. Being interconnected with clients on projects can mean that you may be facing a lot of extra issues they may bring to the table.

    Advice to Management

    More opportunities to meet with RSI employees outside of the project. (Maybe an internal RSI convention or team building sessions with people from different projects) This way we can get a better feel for the personality of the entire company instead of just the local project site.

    I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at RSI in June 2020.

    The interview process was mainly based upon SQL questions, first just simple questions about why I was interested, and why they wanted to pursue me. Overall was very simple process
