  • Overall good, good people for the most part, a little adrift in finding management style.

Good people, laid back, good work life balance, fair pay. good at mentoring and recognizing people's talent in their ranks.

Would change hierarchy and management style every six months to try to fix problems instead of actually fixing problems.Would promote brilliant programmers to manager and project managers when they had absolutely no experience at managing and we lost their programming skills too.

    Advice to Management

If you are going to take skilled employees and put them into positions out of their strength at least get them some training.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RW3 Technologies (Austin, TX) in May 2011.

Initial phone interview, then in-person interview int eh office with three people. There were several questions about my technical skills, especially around SQL knowledge. They seemed willing to train me on what I didn't know. My networking skills weren't very good, for example, and they taught me some things during the interview.

    Interview Questions

    • Fairly typical questions. The interviewers were very friendly.   Answer Question
