As a RaceTrac Guest Service Associate, you are part of an incredible team whose sole mission is to make people’s lives simpler and more enjoyable! During a typical day, you may find yourself engaging with guests, suggesting merchandise, cleaning, preparing food, or ringing up purchases - all while having fun! You will gain valuable experience in guest service, time management, teamwork, and communication. Thousands of people come through our doors each week, and it will be your job to ensure all of them have an awesome experience!
As a RaceTrac Manager, you are more than just a supervisor - you are a leader, a coach, a mentor, and above all, Superman – just kidding, but just as important and cool. Your primary responsibilities are training and developing our talented team members and taking care of our guests. In addition, you are charged with driving sales, exemplifying guest service, maintaining positive relationships with vendors, monitoring inventory, and creating a safe and fun environment! We do this to provide our guests with best in class service they expect every time they visit RaceTrac.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at RaceTrac Petroleum (Snellville, GA) in January 2018.
Very simple. Interviewer was very nice and quick and wanted to get to know me a lot which i loved . She was very easy to talk to which made me more comfortable and less nervous.
