One interview with the hiring manager and then 4 interviews with different stakeholders in the business. Several of the interviewers were also new to the business so it was difficult to gauge company culture.

Careers
Hello St. Petersburg! Rad Power Bikes is excited to open a showroom in Central Florida soon. We are thrilled to introduce James Broderick, the General Manager of our newest store. Why did you choose Rad and what keeps you excited about being here? I was looking for a career that would leave an imprint. I love to be a part of getting people outside enjoying themselves and I look forward to sharing the Rad grin. It’s amazing to be part of Rad Retail expanding across the US and I’m excited to represent the brand on the East coast. What is your favorite RADICAL value? Customer Driven. In today's retail world service is everything. Rad has amazing products and our support elevates customers’ experience after their purchase. This is the formula I look forward to bringing to St. Pete. LET’S GO RAD! We are hiring for our St. Petersburg store now! Check out our open roles here: http://www.rad-careers.com/
