    * Company pays very fair wages * Management works hard to keep employees happy * Company is expanding so there are a lot of opportunities for advancement * There are so many people willing to help with whatever you need, and they are so nice! * Allowed to work autonomously and make it your own

There really are no major ones to mention. Typical stuff like better communication at times, or some departments need more staff or staff better allotted to specific tasks. But really not much to complain about!

    Advice to Management

Get to know your employees. It's still a small enough company where you should be meeting your new hires or going to the departments to introduce yourself.

    Operations Engineer L2 (Windows) Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Sacramento, CA

    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RagingWire Enterprise Solutions (Sacramento, CA) in May 2015.

Resume and cover letter submitted via an outdate HR system, "Sr. technical recruiter" contacted me and from the second he opened his mouth he used the old sales trick of attempting to de-value my skills and knowledge. Mostly I wanted to discuss/hear what the company was involved in and learn what the environment was like, instead he laughed at my pay requirements and told me I will never be in that range. Not a great way to start the conversation Congrats on the aggressive intimidation script, I think I have figured out why there are always openings at Ragingwire.

    Interview Questions

    • I was asked about FSMO roles and wanted me to explain RAID configurations. Asked me to explain how long a security change would take to replicate across a domain. Also asked me to explain how DHCP functions. Define "Netstat".   1 Answer
