    I have been working at Rain Bird full-time (Less than a year)


    It really is a global company and the chance you are given to learn and be a part of the decision-making process is something I never experienced in my previous roles

    You get to work with the best of the best. Because of Rain Bird recruiting strategy and the level of detail they put into it, you really end up working with the best people in the world.

    Senior staff and upper management are really approachable without the bureaucracy you experience in other companies.

    You never get bored. You are presented with new challenges and projects all the time and it definitely keeps you interested and motivated.

    Promotions and career development are highly encouraged.


    Benefits for positions in Mexico could be improved.
    Not a lot of formal training, coaching or mentoring opportunities.
