I have been working at Rainforest QA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Went through the roughest patch in company history last spring / early summer but have recovered nicely
Offsites 3x / yr to amazing locations around the world - Okinawa, Budapest, Kuala Lumpur...
Exciting time - there's a lot of exciting work to be done and no bars to what you can work on, provided you have the right attitude!
Amazing opportunities to learn new skills or break into different parts of the business
    Great people
A couple re-hires of former employees

    Cons

Leadership has the right intentions but needs to communicate goals more consistently.

    Advice to Management

Be careful about how much work gets put on top performers - be careful of burnout.
Be careful of buying too much into tech fads
Be careful of employee 'change fatigue' - even the most adaptable and resilient employees will get tired of change after a time

    Interview

Had initial interview, received follow up a month later that they wanted to move forward. They kept in consistent contact to provide updates. The process was very lengthy, case study that took couple of hours and then 3 hours of video interviews with about 5-6 people. If you pass that, then they would want to move forward with more video interviews. All of the interviewers had a set of questions and they made it known they had to ask questions. Some did not even stay on course and made up questions which I did not find related to a CSM role. They expect you to put all this time and effort into their interview process which I did and then they had the audacity to send a typical automated email saying they have decided not to move forward. You should have respect for people’s time and reach out personally or even give a call as opposed to a generic email.
