    Pros

    - Wealthy Investors
    - Food and Drinks
    - Team events

    Cons

    - No company culture
    - Cheap politics by So called chapter leads and Product owners
    - Scrum master without experience
    - A big group in a small start up, that group is virtually running technical implementation. Favoritism to keep their friends in the company
    - Always say YES to your PO, who has less knowledge on Scrum and Agile
    - Never say NO to your supervisor/chapter lead
    - Always ready to give feedback but do not care about receiving feedback
    - On the tip to firing people during Probation and after probation. Be ready if you are the next in queue.
    - No retention policy
    - People are like Machine, do not talk to each other
    - Forceful signature to provide Production support even by QA, if you say NO to sign you supervisor says company might not listen to you. Management should do the product support first and then ask their employee to do it.

    Advice to Management

    - Stop hiring people from abroad. Inspect your own mistakes of appointing Chapter Leads and PO without having knowledge on Agile and Scrum.
You can build a Product with two strong developer, but you can run a company without having good mindset.
    - Nominate yourself to be part of Production support

    Senior QA Engineer Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in New York, NY
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 6+ weeks. I interviewed at Raisin (New York, NY) in May 2018.

    Interview

Had a Skype interview with HR which included solving simple automation problems. Got a reply next day that they won't proceed further. If they think the person is not a best fit why interview in the first place.
