    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Randall-Reilly full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

A lot of thought and effort goes into the company culture. It's not just lip service either. It feels like a family. People are encouraged to be the best they can be. From the CEO to the Chairman, leadership is approachable and wants to see others succeed not only professionally, but in their personal lives too. We work in an exciting, fast paced field where there's always important work to do. There are many opportunities to step up and contribute to the company if a person is willing to go above and beyond.

    Cons

Like any organization I'm sure some exist, but I've been incredibly fortunate that to this point with the company I haven't experienced anything I would consider a "con" or negative.

    Advice to Management

I would just say thank you for all the effort that's put into building the company culture. It takes a lot of work, but it's paying great dividends and makes the organization a really terrific place to be.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Randall-Reilly (Tuscaloosa, AL).

    Interview

Somewhat lengthy. 3 separate interviews: HR, management from department, and peer. Felt very laid back. Short skills assessment in peer interview. Could tell they wanted to get to know ME.
