I worked at Randolph-Macon College (More than 3 years)
The place is focused on development
It is difficult to move up the ladder.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Randolph-Macon College (Ashland, VA).
The interview process was very simply. They were at a job fair and asked a few questions to everyone who stopped by.
The woman who interviewed me was very nice and essentially offered me the job on site. It was very easy for them to do so since they technically didn't have to spend any money on the worker since we were paid through Federal Work Study.
