Archane time wasting and needlessly repetitive field reporting system. Price quote method is not efficient. Poor training. Inexcusabe errors in travel planning by Antrim support staff. Lack of problem solving skills by field rep support staff. Attempts to report gross negligence by support staff are handled by coworkers and covered up with no resolution except blame the complainaner. Abuse of field staff's use of personal funds for business expenses. Your tenure here will not be highly regarded by the industry. Sale support staff has lots of excuses about why certain things don't get done on time. Cannot compete in major U.S. markets.
Advice to Management
It is difficult to erase the years of complacency that has permeated your Antrim staff. The Antrim staff does not have the attitude of urgency that U.S. business demands. U.S. business is at "warp speed" and a support staff with a " I did not get to it" response, or negligent erros are inexcusable.
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Randox Laboratories (Kearneysville, WV) in March 2017.
Applied online. Heard back after a month and then they wanted to schedule my interview two days out. But, and here is the best part, before the interview they asked me to fill out a form that included information about any/all sickness I've ever had, any medications that I am currently taking AND date of birth. BEFORE the interview, mind you. Completely illegal in the US. Turns out that even though the position was advertised as Logistics Coordinator, it was straight customer seervice order taking. Not only were there zero logistics involved, they only use one carrier and one type of shipping and the "Logistics Coordinator" wasn't even involved with that. Place has been there for about 10 years. Company sign in front of building is broken and in a HUGE waiting/reception area there was only 2 pathetic looking chairs. Interviewer, when asked directly, said I would be called back for 2nd interview. Not only did I not get a call back, I never heard anything at all. No rejection, no nothing. I did notice, however, that the same ad ran yesterday..... Think their American recruitment needs an overhaul.
