With any company as big as Ranker, there are bound to be issues with branch-to-branch communication. Ranker is no different there. Some managers may have a management styles that you completely

Advice to Management

We need more incentive to work between branches. Even publishing operations feels broken up into tiny groups and so our branding is all over the place across our various social platforms.
