   I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RapidAPI (United States)

   Interview

   This company is a joke.
   
   First I had an interview with the hiring manager. We connected pretty well and everything seemed to be fantastic so I was pretty excited to move forward.
   
   Next round was with another senior member of the team. This interview wad mediocre. She blatantly admitted to wanting to hire more females so she won’t even look at resumes of men. Don’t think you should be telling me this but okay whatever.
   
   Then I was to meet another person but apparently he was too busy to meet with me so that call never got scheduled.
   
   Then I spoke to the CEO who ended first of all never showed up on video which was kind of awkward and nobody mentioned this would be an audio call. I mean it would have been nice to know so I didn’t waste my time getting ready to be on video. This interview was the dumbest interview ever. The CEO had no respect for my time or cared to show it. The whole interview lasted less than 15 mins. He asked me three questions that made no sense and ended the meeting.
   
   Then I emailed HR to with my updates and never heard back from them again.
   
   I understand this is a startup in a hyper growth mode but respecting your candidates and their valuable time should be common sense. I’ve dodged a bullet.
