    Pros

    The people are wonderful to work for. The product is always evolving. Overall, RateGain has evolved over the years and is leading the way in this industry.

    Cons

    Communication from HQ to North America sometimes lacks but that is due to the timezone. The people from both offices get along great.

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RateGain (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2023

      TERRIBLE CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE!!!! I was told that I would meet with the CHRO but there was a last minute change to the Sr. Director of TA. Once the interview was scheduled, there was another last minute change on the day of the interview. I was told that the Sr. Director of TA had an emergency and the interview was cancelled. Totally understand and support this situation BUT I received an email 3 days later informing me that "We had some internal changes and basis that we would like to put this position on hold for now. Apologies for the abrupt change in plan". Interview process was basic. Phone screen with a recruiter. Discussed the role, requirements, and compensation. It was a basic interview but the questions didn't relate to the role. I felt like the conversation was more directed at taking a director level role for 100K which the recruiter emphasized was the maximum for the role.
