Hi everyone, I need help choosing between two offers. First one is with GE Power on their FMP program, base of 70K + 5k sign on. Second one is with Raytheon Technologies on their FLDP, 70K base + 5K sign on as well. I don’t know how worried I should be about GE’s recent news of splitting. My long-term goal is to get a T25 MBA and go to Business Development/Corporate Strategy. I appreciate any help in advance!

I applied online. I interviewed at Raytheon Technologies (United States) in Jan 2021
InterviewI applied at Raytheon's career website as entry-level (M.S. ECE). Went through 2 interviews. The first interview was a phone screen. The section manager introduced what their specific department was about and asked me how my skillsets/experience can contribute to their program. The second interview was with 3 managers (1 program lead, 2 section managers). There were behavioral questions but this interview is much more technical than the first. They'll ask you about the technical details of your relevant projects in respect to the role you're applying to. There are no trick questions. Other than that, it was pretty straight-forward.
