Physical Therapist Assistant

Hi everyone! I work at an outpatient clinic in Southern CA, and the amount of patients coming into our outpatient clinics has taken a severe nosedive in the last several months. I can't think of a reason for the sudden change. I've heard rumors that's it's not just our company, but everywhere in healthcare (or maybe every industry) . I'm just trying to get a feel for how other clinics/hospitals are doing. Are you noticing a significant drop in patients recently? Thoughts?

CSL Plasma Donation Centers

I'm currently an ACM at CSL Plasma, I have medical restrictions that prevent me from being in production and doing production tasks. Instead of removing the AJC, my center decided you find a loophole in my restrictions. Which caused me to pass out hit my head and give me a concussion. Any advice?

I applied online. I interviewed at ReDiscover (Kansas City, MO) in Apr 2021
Interview
I did an HR interview followed by another interview with supervisor. The interview process was great in general. They were kind and friendly. They mostly asked great questions. I received an offer but declined. After receiving the offer, it was very hard to communicate most basic information. responding late to emails etc. It was hard to perceive that as being professional.
