I have been working at Reading Health System full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I have worked for reading for the past three to four years. I have truly enjoyed being part of this organization. The administration and management really do help you to successes as a member of their community. They give you the resources you need. For example, they have great educational benefits, such as tuition reimbursements. I am currently going for my FNP, almost finished, I only had to pay a small amount out of pocket because of the educational reimbursement program, which is phenomenal, especially for a masters degree. In addition, everyone encourages you to participate within the organization on teams and groups to help advance the organization. Your thoughts and ideas are heard and listened too.

    Cons

There are no major cons to working for this organization. Continue to utilize open communications, forums, and town halls to help keep staff informed of new changes and information.

    Advice to Management

Continue to encourage growth and progress for all of your employees.
