Real Producers is an incredible opportunity to run your own business. I have owned other businesses/franchises in the past where you needed to pick between a healthy income and flexibility in your schedule to spend time with your family. Real Producers offers a business owner both and is unlike anything else I have seen or been a part of.
I often say it is simple not easy. It takes self discipline and consistency to build the business. Relationships take time to build and commitment makes the difference. Building anything from the ground up takes blood sweat and tears and although there is a proven program with well defined structure it is not easy.......but yes, it is simple.
Advice to Management
Continue to slowly evolve and stay cutting edge.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Real Producers in February 2018.
I spoke with three different indiviudals. Two leaders and another franchise owner. They were able to give me a thorough background on the company and everything I should expect if I were to join Real Producers.
