One of the best examples of our company culture is a week (company-wide) kickoff called CKO. RTI hosts a beginning-of-year combination vision/party/kickoff event with the entire staff. RTI is a unique team and a unique culture. Our "all hands" CKO is a big part of that culture. It helps us employees bond, focus, learn, and celebrate.
What do we do at CKO? Well, first, we'll clarify our vision and execution plans for the upcoming year. RTI has an insanely great opportunity! Realizing our potential takes everyone. I applied online. I interviewed at Real-Time Innovations (San Jose, CA) in October 2016.
The hiring and interview process was very thorough and done very well. I spoke with every one at each level from the accountants (who I'd be working with) to the VP of Operations. All the interviewers were super friendly and I could feel that they really stress the importance of keeping a solid company culture. Each separate interview was about 45 minutes and the whole process took about a normal work day. I remember leaving the interview hoping I would get a call back for a job offer because I loved everything about what RTI was doing.
