Take a few minutes and catch up with the roundtable blog from these great interns who spent the summer "at" RTI. Summer 2020 will go down in history as the most challenging in decades. RTI is proud of the way these three interns thrived, built great code, and made virtual friends despite the pandemic. #1RTI

Cons

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Real-Time Innovations (Spain) in Oct 2021

    Interview

The interview process for the company is made up of 5 interviews in two rounds.
In the first one they ask you about your experience and future expectations, they will give you more details about the job so you make your mind better to what your position is like. Usually this interview will be done by who will be your future manager, in the second one you will be asked about more technical questions from people from the open position department.
If you make it through this first round, you will have another two interviews more in deep where, depending in what is the job position, you will need to demonstrate your skills, usually through live coding and/or setting up VMs. After this you will make a last interview with some other manager where you will recap all the experience from the other interviews and they will wan't to get you better and know if you think are suited for the job. HR is very competent, so between interview and interview they will contact you very soon to give you feedback and schedule the next one.
    Interview

All the questions and exercises where deeply related to the skills that where requested in the job offer. In my case, because of the offer, the interviews where very OS related, in the first technical one, questions about processes and tasks. The second technical interview was a live coding using C++ with a problem related to processes and tasks. The third technical interview was about compiling and solving network issues on a linux VM.
