I have been working at Realeyes full-time

    Pros

They really trust you--if you need to work from home just tell your coworkers and its totally fine. They also give you unlimited vacation days! Last but certainly not least, they pay for your health insurance 100%.

    Cons

The company has employees scattered around the globe, so communication is often difficult.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing, and try to improve the HR for the US.

    Operations Manager Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Realeyes (London, England (UK)) in January 2012.

    Interview

I went and met the Director and another senior to have a not so formal but relatively easy interview, which could've been more structured the way I conduct interviews, which is how a manager should do it. But of course it was or is it still a start-up and so Hr training has not been given to interviewers!

But still when people who have studied at Oxford and worked for top orgs. don't know how to be professional is sad!

    Interview Questions

    • What have your experiences been so far? Where do you see yourself in 5 years time? Where have you studied? What are your interests? That kind of questions. Easy. I like a challenge and so an aptitude test would have been good!   1 Answer

    Negotiation

There was no negotiation as I didn't have a need to do so. I was ok about the pay. Didn't bother me. The experience was more important and to progress which was the main thing but there was no scope to do so as I was cut short because the role changed, which I didn't sign-up for. Still thinking about suing the org for hiring me for something that I wasn't looking to do.
