I worked at Realogy full-time (More than 10 years)
Great people; great benefits; beautiful office and facilities. Gym onsite. Plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance.
If an opening was available, I would go back today. No cons!!
I applied online. I interviewed at Realogy (Madison, NJ).
Call from recruiter to set up an interview with recruiter manager, face to face with recruiting team. I have real estate experience, I had all skills and the experience needed for the role. I demonstrated that I could deliver on their objectives. I got on well with the recruiting team, I was an hour longer in the process (a good sign usually). So why did I get the feeling that this job was already a fore gone conclusion on someone they were going to bring in from another company, wasting my time and theirs? Also one of the interviewers told me one thing and the other the exact opposite! I think they should collaborate on their 'stories'!
