The culture is welcoming and friendly, people care about each other. Everyone is very positive and loves coming to work. Management is hands off, giving teams autonomy.
Some of the hardware used is a little outdated, such as low resolution monitors or older laptops.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Realogy.
I applied thru an employee referral and received an email from HR with few basic questions. After replying to all the questions, I didn't hear anything from HR. I followed up with couple of emails asking if I can be of any assistance with any more information they would like and again no response.
A sincere request to HR to send a courtesy email to the candidate(s) if they are moving forward or not with the candidate and not keep them waiting.
