1. Company growth too fast; processes / procedures need time to catch up. 2. Career paths exist, but need definition and clarity. 3. Corporate goals were not adequately relayed to the masses.
Advice to Management
Encourage internal growth with clear career paths and additional training as needed. Increase salaries for high performers.

After the HR recruiter contacts you, you get an interview with the supervisor of the position you apply for. It seems that the experience anybody can bring from outside is very valuable since a lot of the management members are from within the company.
