- Friendly work enviroment - Not the typical overworked agency vibe, workload is manageable - Free lunches, team days out, fridge always stocked with nice drinks and snacks - Any concerns raised wereCons
- Clientele isn’t consistent, most of them were only on small trials and then dropped off - Salaries are much lower than competitors - Are very relectant to give out payrises - When they did give outAdvice to Management
Pay more to make your employees feel rewarded - staff turnover would be much lower and would save you on recruitment costs
