    Easy Interview

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Door Spa (Baltimore, MD).

Attended an open house and spoke with the GM and assistant GM. There were only prospective employees in the spa, no clients. Returned to the once again empty spa to do a practical massage on the Lead Therapist. She was gleefully critical in a way that shocking to me, I've been in the spa industry for ten years and have never heard any of the complaints she had about my work. I I already knew I didn't want to work there when I received a rejection letter a week later. Maybe don't have a therapist that will be competing with new hires for clients do the practical interview, I think it interferes with their ability to be objective. Heard through the grapevine their last new therapist quit to go work at a Massage Envy lol.
