    Pros

Tons of growth opportunity and chances to shine. Leadership may not have all the answers, but they pay attention and actively try to improve their employees lives.

    Cons

Salary not quite where it should be, recent acquisitions not handled quite as effectively as they could have been.

    Advice to Management

Listen more to the employees in the trenches to better understand how clients are being impacted.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Red Lion Hotels (Denver, CO).

    Interview

I flew out to the office for less than a 30 minute interview in person. The CEO phoned in and grilled me a bit. I was pushed out of the interview for the next interview after 20 minutes. Ended up getting the job, but had a bad feeling. Should have left.
