Our 11-week program is a diverse learning experience filled with hands-on activities, online modules, and enlightening projects designed to educate and engage you.     I have been working at Red Lobster full-time (More than 5 years)


    Great team atmosphere and corporate culture that promotes friendship and mentoring. They have a focus on promoting from within and many in upper management started at the bottom.


    Restaurants in general are going to have odd hours, but that's to be expected. Lately IT issues and change execution have been a bit frustrating.

    More time individually developing managers.

    I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Red Lobster.


    It's a two part interview. Once with the manager for the position you're applying for and the second with the general manager. They ask open ended questions giving you a lot of opportunity to show who you are! Just be yourself and honest and you'll do great!
