In order to deliver on our guest promise, our teams have to be trained and commited to upholding our standards. On day-one, you will be warmly welcomed by your team, attend orientation, and begin learning about your role. From partnering with a Certified Trainer in your restaurant to engaging with e-learning modules, we will make sure that you are set up for success in your role!
For Restaurant and General Managers, we offer an industry-leading management training program. You will gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to be a leader for the largest and most-recognized seafood chain.
Our 11-week program is a diverse learning experience filled with hands-on activities, online modules, and enlightening projects designed to educate and engage you. Your in-restaurant foundation will be complemented with a 3-day class – hosted at the Restaurant Support Center in Orlando, FL – focused on sharpening your leadership effectiveness. Upon completion of the program, your personal development continues with ongoing training and certification programs to keep you at the top of your game!

Quality of life is very important to us. Balancing your schedule is key, so we offer the ease of monitoring your schedule from your mobile device or PC through HotSchedules. We also have operating hours between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m., which is shorter than many other restaurants!

Advice to Management
Literally this place jump started my career in management!
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Red Lobster (Flagstaff, AZ) in April 2016.
First interview is with the Talent Specialist and then a final interview is with the Regional Director. I met with the Talent Specialist on campus who asked to fill out the assessment online with the application. Then a phone or in person interview with the Talent Specialist first then the final interview is with the Regional Director.
