A given dollar amount is donated to one of many causes Red supports with every merchant account that comes on board with us. We want to ensure our client’s investments express their personal values and have a positive impact on society. The donations are entirely used to fund a number of programs and provide many volunteers with the resources they need to solve the environmental, social, and economic problems facing the 21st Century. I have been working at Red Payments full-time (More than a year)
The management is great to work for. They are always there for their employees, we can bring any issue to them and they will listen and work on resolving it, they will not be impatient or dismissive, they can really make one feel valued. Everyone works as a team and that makes for a great environment. I have been here for years and I have enjoyed it immensely. As long as one is prepared to work hard and treat all colleagues with respect they will be happy here.

Advice to Management
Keep doing exactly what you do
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Payments (Northville, MI) in November 2017.
Had a phone interview with a Senior Sales Manager. The interview was pretty quick in my opinion. Just basically went over what the job position was and asked what my experience in the industry was and then he sent over the Sales Rep agreement and I was working within the next week and a half.
