  • The Red Robin home office in the Denver Tech Center received a makeover just in time for 2020 and beyond! We would like to give a huge shout out to Hoang Huy Duong and team for the work they performed getting our home away from home an update! We also want to extend an thank you to our amazing partners, Task Project Management, Eppstein Uhen Architects (EUA), Boots Construction Company, OfficeScapes, and VCG for their assistance with this renovation.

  • For another holiday season, Red Robin is blessed with the opportunity to partner with Denver Kids and spread some holiday cheer! The Red Robin Home Office successfully supported 43 families and help make their holiday season extra special. How do I find openings in my area? 

What are you looking for in a potential candidate?

How do I know if my application was submitted? 

  • You will receive a confirmation email from us once your application is received. You can also log back into the Candidate Portal from the Red Robin Careers Site to check the status of your application(s).

Can I apply from my phone? 

  • Yes, you can apply from any mobile device, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with internet access.

What if I forget my password? 

  • No problem! When you try to log back in, click the "forgot password" button and we'll send you an email to reset it. 

Should I apply if I have visible tattoos/ piercings? 

  • We say "Come As You Are" so, yes! Tattoos, piercings, colored hair, or whatever makes you happy, is fine with us (if it doesn't cause safety concerns or reference anything offensive).

Should I apply if I require a visa?  

  • At this time, Red Robin does not offer work visas.

Do you offer part-time and full-time opportunities? 

  • Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available for our Hourly Restaurant Team Members. All other positions are full-time. 

How will I know if I've been selected? 

  • Hourly Restaurant Team Members: A Restaurant Manager will call you if they would like to move forward.
  • Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Support Center: You will receive an email from a Recruiter describing next steps.

 

Interview 

What does the interview process look like?  

  • Hourly Restaurant Team Members: You will be called in for in-person interviews; usually two will take place. 
  • Restaurant Managers and Restaurant Support Center: You will have a phone interview with a Recruiter then typically, two additional in-person interviews with your team and hiring manager. 

How can I prepare for an interview at Red Robin? 

  • Read through the job description and make sure it looks like a good match, learn more about us on our website, be prepared to talk about your previous work history (if applicable), make a list of any questions you want to ask us at the end of the interview, and most importantly, don't stress!

What should I wear? 

  • We recommend business casual.

Will I be required to complete a background check?

  • If you are offered a role in the following positions you will be required to successfully complete and pass a background check to start; Delivery Drivers, Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Restaurant Support Center team members. *Please note a Motor Vehicle Record check is also required for Delivery Drivers.

 

What does Day 1 Look Like?

What is training like?  

  • Hourly Restaurant Team Members will be paired with one of our Certified Learning Coaches to receive in-depth training from one of our best. 
  • Restaurant Managers go through an 8-week training program at a Certified Training Location.

Are there growth opportunities?  

  • Tons! About 40% of our Hourly Team Members get promoted to Manager and about 70% of our Managers get promoted to General Manager!
  • We also have opportunities to transfer to other locations and at the Restaurant Support Center in Greenwood Village, Colorado.

How are the benefits?

Standard Restaurant Hours of Operation? 

  • Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 am – 10:00 pm
  • Friday – Saturday: 11:00 am – 11:00 pm

Do you have an employee referral program? 

  • Yes! Bring in an Hourly Restaurant Team Member and you could be eligible to receive $100 or refer a Restaurant Manager and you could be eligible to receive $1,000! *you and referred Team Member must still be with the company at time of payout and timing of payment varies.

 

Restaurant Support Center (RSC)  

Where is Red Robin headquartered? 

  • Greenwood Village, Colorado – 10 miles South of Downtown Denver! This is where most of the RSC works. We also have a Test Kitchen right down the road in Englewood, Colorado for our Marketing and Food & Beverage Teams.

Do you offer remote opportunities? 

  • We do! We have Catering Sales Opportunities, Field Trainers, Regional Operating Director, Director of Operations, etc. If a role is remote, it will be indicated on the job posting.

Do you offer internship opportunities? 

  • Yes! They will be posted on our careers site when they are available. 

What's the dress code?  

  • Business casual – with an emphasis on casual. We are able to wear jeans everyday (not just Fridays!).

  • Become a RR team member and participate in our annual Smiling Burger Competition for a chance to get your burger featured in our restaurants!

Does Red Robin offer To-Go or Catering?  

  • Yes! You can order to-go through our website. We are also available on Doordash, Grubhub,Uber Eats, and Postmates.  
  • For our catering, we offer Burger, Wing, and Dessert Boxes!
