    Pros

This is by far the best group of people I've ever had the chance to work with. Fun loving, hard working, creative, and generally just extremely good at what they do. It's a group of people that I respect and really enjoy working with.

    Cons

    There are no health benefits.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Red Rokk.

    Interview

The company makes it a point to involve the entire team in the intern hiring process. I not only met with the Marketing/Advertising Account Supervisor, but I also talked with the Copywriter who asked me questions about my writing skills. Being interviewed by the entire team was a benefit, because I was able to see the different personalities of the people I would be working with.
