+ Very young and dynamic.
- Lack of focus in the excom level on business objectives.
- Trying too many things at the same time is detrimental to the overall progress.
- Recent silo-ed org.structure is hurting the organization's productivity.
- Too few people contribute significantly to the organization.
Advice to Management
Management lacks focus on the objectives.
Had a chat with recruiter 2 days after resume submission. He told me he would get back to me about another interview. I didn't get a response for 2 weeks and was given a rejection notice saying they wanted someone with more experience even though my resume shows 5 years in the field.
