    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Redwood Logistics.

    Interview

Phone call with HR, Google Hangout with direct manager, in person at office with 3 employees, final call with direct manager. They asked for references and called all of them. Overall the process took around 4 weeks, which felt slightly like a long time while it was happening, but seems to be somewhat standard. Overall, HR was very responsive throughout the process and let me know the next steps within the timeframe they specified, which sounds very basic, but is very rare these days. I appreciated their courtesy. They seem very well organized.

    Interview Questions

    • What do I know about logisitcs (this was probably the hardest/non-standard question I was asked)   Answer Question
