Mission: To be the number one transaction originator in the multi-billion dollar real estate referral industry. For the past several years, even when the real estate market has been struggling, we have seen our overall growth in sales volume and sales profits double every year.
ReferralExchange makes great real estate experiences happen by referring home buyers and sellers who are ready to act to qualified real estate agents who meet our high standards.
ReferralExchange.com is the premier agent-to-agent and broker-to-broker referral network in the real estate industry. We enable agents to create new referral income from leads they choose not to work, and make personal referrals easier.
TopAgentsRanked.com is our consumer-direct website that was started with the simple idea that finding the best real estate agent in your area shouldn’t be difficult. By answering a few questions, we can match buyers and sellers with the best local agents who fit their needs.
Our agent network includes over 23,000 top-performing agents covering 100% of the U.S.
Most of our agents have more than 8 years experience, have more than $5 million in sales or have 20 real estate transactions in the last 12 months.
We offer a fun, collaborative workplace, with a team that is dedicated to connecting consumers to the best local real estate agents through a combination of technology and customer support.
We are very proud to say that we were a finalist for “2016 Best Employer in Sacramento”, have received 5-star reviews on numerous career websites, and have a 93/100 employee engagement score.
We are an energetic and passionate team of 150 employees working out of 3 offices that welcomes input, values innovation, and gives you a chance to learn and grow.
We support you in staying on top of your craft. We’ll even help you get your real estate license.
I have been working at ReferralExchange full-time (Less than a year)
- Business is doing very well
- High impact of software development work
- Fast paced, yet stable (no frequent fire-fighting).
- Great developer tools/environment
- Competent management (both technical and product)
- Opportunities for technical growth/mentorship
- Friendly people
- Office outings/happy hours
- Cute dogs in the office
- Great work-life balance. No regular expectation of long hours. Crunch time is infrequent, but when it does happen you're comped with extra time off.
- Loud office. Engineers are in the same room as account executives (who on the phones)
The first interview was great. There were cookies and refreshments. The second interview went well also and I was promised a response by that Friday. I didn't hear back on time, but later I was asked for references(emails were mandatory). The recruiter became bothersome because she didn't hear back asap(one reference was in vacation and the other sick)and was asking me to basically do her job! The final straw is when she began asking me questions over the phone thinking I was a reference. Then she proceeded to ask me if I was interested after stressing the fact that she didn't hear back from everyone. Afterwards, she told me numbers only are acceptable(I could have provided more references up front)! I didn't follow up with additional/corrected numbers. The lack of professionalism and lower end compensation aren't worth taking a basic phone job.
