I have been working at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals full-time (More than 3 years)
Yearly bonus and raise is never disappointing and a rarity for most local companies. There are also plenty of opportunities for advancement for those who are motivated, driven, and a little tenacious.
It's a stressful environment because all employees are held to an extremely high standard. This can be exhausting some days, but if you're committed and up for the challenge, it can shape you for the better.
Advice to Management
Remember we're all human.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals (New York, NY) in May 2017.
There were three rounds of interviews. First, an interview with HR asking basic questions, followed by a virtual behavioral interview which was submitted via video. Finally, a behavioral interview with a hiring manager over the phone.
