Small town feel. Every employee has a welcoming attitude. The commute is short even if you live in the smaller outlying communities.
Annual raises, cost of living or incentive, are few and far between. You think there's a high turnover of nursing staff? HA! Here, there is a high turnover of physicians. Many of those physicians don't maintain any sense of being part of the community. Some just put in their rime and move on.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Regional West Medical Center (Scottsbluff, NE).
The hiring process is simple. Apply and they will contact you. The interview process involves a 30 minute interview with the bosses and a 30 minute peer interview.
