I have been working at Regis University full-time (More than a year)
I love the Regis Community and the people I work with. There are lots of different opportunities within the university you can move to. You are able to receiver a master's degree at almost no cost.
The pay, compared to other institutions, is significantly low. You also need a masters or PhD, to really move up through the ranks of the University.
Advice to Management
If you want to keep good people working for the university, you need to significantly increase the salary. Benefit, such as earning a masters degree for almost free is great, but Denver's cost of living is skyrocketing, so salary's need to reflect this change. Consider lowering other benefits and increasing our direct salary.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Regis University (Denver, CO) in July 2015.
not very hard technical questions, both senior and director are very nice and open to talk. I dont have much experiences with technology they implemented but they are ok with learning.
