RehabCare – Why Work For Us?

RehabCare is a great place to begin your career or advance it to the next level. Whether you’re a seasoned healthcare professional, a new grad, a student or even a practitioner re-entering the workforce, we have the opportunities, tools, training and support to help you become one of the best.

RehabCare is proud to offer our full- and part-time employees a benefits program that is both flexible and competitive and is geared towards a healthier, balanced life.

Our employees receive a Health Care plan that fits the unique needs of different lifestyles and includes coverage for medical, dental, vision and pharmacy services. We also offer Flex Spending Accounts. Additionally, life insurance and short and long-term disability coverage options are available.

RehabCare also provides employees with a Paid Time Off (PTO) benefit that blends time off for vacation, holidays, illness, etc. into one flexible system with additional time off offered for certain events such as the death of an immediate family member. Retirement savings are offered via 401K plans.

These are just a few of the benefits offered to our employees - there are a variety of additional benefits available from wellness plans to referral bonuses based on individual positions and locations.

Our Clinical Ladder Program helps our therapists increase their knowledge – and career potential – by offering a chance for them to attain their clinical goals and then share that knowledge to benefit our patients.

The Clinical Ladder team is viewed as an extension of clinical operations. This team allows RehabCare to expand core program content to a broad, national base to ensure our programs are expanding in the appropriate areas. The development of specific programs in various regions helps us continue to meet our goals of quality patient care throughout the continuum.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at RehabCare.

I applied online and was scheduled for a phone interview with the DOR. The interview felt more like a conversation. The recruiting manager followed up with me the following day.
