Every firm is continually searching for ways to improve and Rehmann is no different! To help stimulate a collaborative and creative environment, we encourage associates to bring their unique ideas and suggestions to work every day.
Recently, a group of associates wanted to improve associate wellness across the firm. Their idea was to pilot a firmwide Fitbit challenge to encourage health awareness and promote fitness at work.
Following the pilot, 97 percent of participants wanted to continue participating in future firm-sponsored wellness programs and challenges. Because the pilot was so successful, Rehmann realized the need to enhance its well-being program.
Thanks to our entrepreneurial team of thinkers, our associates now have a robust wellbeing and rewards program called Vitality. What will our associates come up with next? We can’t wait to see!
At Rehmann, we treat our interns as staff-level associates, providing them meaningful work that will encourage growth in both their soft skills and their technical skills within assurance or tax. The experience is focused on ensuring that interns are exposed to a variety of work and a variety of clients, allowing them to identify their desired direction within a public accounting career. Advice to Management
This is a great place to work. I appreciate the internal audits that are done to understand the employees wants, needs or concerns. I have not worked here long, but can see myself being here until retirement.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rehmann (Mount Pleasant, MI) in September 2016.
I met with the recruiters on campus and was emailed shortly after when they offered me an interview. Interview was done on campus. Asked me basic questions about what I knew about the company and my expectations. Heard back from them two weeks later, but I had already accepted another offer.
