I have been working in this company for months. The office's environment is great and employees are kind and willing to help each other. Whenever I had a questions or issues, I consulted with other employees who has more experience and better industry knowledge. They were kind and ready to help every time. The management is willing to listen if you open up and discuss although they are goal-driven and takes more disciplined approaches. After all, you can see opportunity to grow yourself here as long as you are determined to grow.
The company tends to focus more on growth since that is the only way that company can survive with. The industry is in tight competition. However, there are still rooms to expand depending upon how you approach the market.
