    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Reliance Steel (Cypress, CA) in March 2017.

    Interview

Initial phone screening interview with HR Representative . I was set up for a 2nd interview with leadership by phone asking about my experience with manufacturing and ERP. Third interview at the site with I.T. managers for a 2 hour round robin of interviews.

    Interview Questions

    • What is the requirement process? Have you worked with ERP?   Answer Question
    • Went through a lengthy interview process only to wait three to four weeks after the interview for a decision. Come to find out that management didn't really want to place an individual at that location. This was puzzling since they would go through all that trouble just to waste our time.   Answer Question
