I applied online. I interviewed at Reliant Funding (United States) in Oct 2020

This was the best interview process I've been through.
I applied in the morning and got a call that afternoon. The recruiter was very detailed about the job and the culture. After that phone screen I spoke with the hiring manager, and that interview was very relaxed, friendly and open. The recruiter called me after to ask how I felt about the interview and to make sure I was still interested. I was shocked. I've never had that happen. Then I met the team and went through the hard part of the interview. Everything went well. Again the recruiter called to get my feedback on how that went. I was very pleased to see how much they cared about people whether they work for them or not. It made me feel they value people.
Overall this was a great experience I was always kept informed of the next steps, when the time was scheduled for a call it happened. Very impressed.

Tell me about yourself and your background. Please go through your resume and mention each time you did this function at each job.
