“To Health With It!” We have a wellness program that we take a lot of pride in. We provide incentives for healthy behavior because we know that healthy employees are happy employees! We offer free healthy snacks in our lunch room as well as subsidized healthy food options in our healthy market. Learning and Development

All full-time new hires take part in our 2-week Corporate Boot Camp. This is an opportunity for new hires to learn about our history, culture, products, and of course, the industries we serve. In addition to your initial training you may also have department-specific training and additional ongoing learning activities. Relias provides a higher-than-average number of hours of training per employee. We’re a learning company, and we take this seriously!

    Very fast paced! Fun, collaborative, and flexible working environment with a focus on core values. Smart people and encouraging senior management allow for creativity and data-driven problem-solving.

    True focus on the needs of the customer and industry drives innovation and shape direction of the company.

    Autonomy within teams to experiment and grow. Focus on learning, development, and growing talent is apparent from day one.


    Teams could still use additional process and inter-departmental communications could be a little better, but that comes with hyper-growth organization.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to put your trust in your teams - there are tons of talented, passionate, and incredibly smart managers and individual contributors who go above and beyond to get things done!

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Relias (Cary, NC) in May 2018.


    Relias really takes the time to make sure you are a good fit for their company. The first step in the process is taking an personality test and cognitive assessment. If you do well, you will be invited to do a phone interview with a recruiter. After the phone interview, if chosen to move forward to the next step, you have to take that same cognitive assessment again over webcam with the recruiter so they can validate that it is you taking it without assistance. If you get past all those steps the final step is an in-person interview with the sales managers where you'll have to do a discovery call role play and prepare a pitch using a powerpoint presentation they send you. Long process with many steps, but it was worth it.
