    Pros

    Management from the top down is always contributing to your personal success. They make you feel like you matter and what you are doing is important. Always available to tap for new ideas and fresh eyes on a situation. Could not ask for more.

    Cons

    No remote work time. No annual bonus. No annual review or raises.

    Advice to Management

    You guys are amazing but its time to leave the 1980's work model and move into 2019.

    Application

    The process took 2 days. I interviewed at RemX Specialty Staffing (San Diego, CA) in February 2011.

    Interview

    I first met with a representative of RemX and we discussed what I was looking for in a company. We then did a short video of myself answering a few questions about how I would handle different situations in the workplace. My second interview as at a company RemX had suggested for me. The supervisor of the company explained what the job entails and what I would expect, then sat me down with someone to watch how it works. Afterwards, I was asked if I would feel confident in that position. I said yes of course. I received a call no more than 20 minutes later to advise me I got the job. It was a relaxed, comfortable and fun environment.

    Negotiation

    It was very plainly laid out for me after first asking what type of salary I was looking for. I would say it was slightly lower than my previous salary, but only by mere cents.
