Mission Statement

We strive to create value added solutions for our customers through innovative patented techniques and proprietary technologies to rectify the most challenging environmental and geotechnical problems in the world.

We aspire to grow our organization by expanding our suite of services to create long-term customer partnerships. We embrace advancing technology and continuously expand our technical capabilities to meet the challenging problems facing the industries we serve.

Protecting the health and safety of every employee is our top priority and is the foundation of our success. We incorporate safety and risk management procedures into our daily operations and ensure integration throughout the entire RECON organization

We act with honesty, fairness, respect and safety, furthering a culture of unquestioned integrity.

Strong Work Ethic
Our strong work ethic is derived from our safe work practices, integrity, technical expertise and consistent performance.

We continuously diversify our skillset and develop proprietary technologies that address the complex problems within the stringent environments and industries we serve.

Exceptional Performance
We aim to exceed our customer’s expectations in order to provide the best value and be the best in our industries.

Protecting the health and safety of every person on the project site is RECON’s primary consideration and takes precedence over all other project objectives. Our slogan of “Safety Is A Core Value” stands true for all of RECON and it is a level of commitment that sends a powerful message throughout the organization. That message is health and safety concerns are taken seriously and our employees have the “courage to care” mentality when approaching any work task.

At RECON, safety starts at the top. For a safety program to be embraced by an organization, the safety message must start with the chief executive officer, be reinforced by the senior leadership team, and supported by each subsequent tier of management. The senior leadership team at RECON plays a vital role in the success of our safety program. Executive management is also the champion for RECON’s internal safety self-assessment and presents an annual President’s Award to the RECON program that had the best safety record for the year. This involvement from the executive level demonstrates leadership and commitment to RECON’s safety and health management system.

The essential goal of RECON’s safety program is for RECON employees to leave work every day in the same condition as they arrived. All RECON employees are involved in creating a safe working environment. Safety cannot be a routine, and cannot only be done when a supervisor or client is watching. Safety must be an integral part of a person and part of his or her everyday life. That is what “Safety is a Core Value” means. While many see safety as a priority, at RECON we see it as a core value. While priorities change, core values do not.

In addition to keeping our employees safe on the job site, we aspire to create a corporate safety culture that goes beyond the goal of an injury-free work place. We aim to create a culture where our concern for our employee’s health, safety, and welfare extends beyond the office walls and project sites and into our homes, cars, and places where we spend time with our family and friends. Our core value culture is built on this foundation, and we are dedicated to the safekeeping of our employees, their families, our clients, and our subcontractors.

I worked at Remedial Construction Services as an intern (Less than a year)

They understand that a happy employee returns good work. They care about their employees needs. As an intern was exposed to so much that now when I go for entry level interviews they consider me more than entry level because of all my experience thanks to RECON. If you want to challenge yourself, work in a fast paced environment, and gain exposure this is it.

There's not anything I could complain about my experience with RECON.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Remedial Construction Services (Wayne, PA) in August 2016.

Phone call with HR department based at the headquarters. Phone call with the direct supervisor of the location I was applying for. Face to Face with the supervisor and project managers at the location.
HR department was super nice and friendly. The local supervisor and team was very friendly. They were very busy and took a long time to get back to me, and I actually figured they just weren't interested, but I got a personal call stating that they liked everything about me, but decided to go with a person with less experience to train them and keep costs lower.
