Executive management is also the champion for RECON’s internal safety self-assessment and presents an annual President’s Award to the RECON program that had the best safety record for the year. This involvement from the executive level demonstrates leadership and commitment to RECON’s safety and health management system.

The essential goal of RECON’s safety program is for RECON employees to leave work every day in the same condition as they arrived. All RECON employees are involved in creating a safe working environment. Safety cannot be a routine, and cannot only be done when a supervisor or client is watching.     I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Remedial Construction Services (Wayne, PA) in August 2016.


    Phone call with HR department based at the headquarters. Phone call with the direct supervisor of the location I was applying for. Face to Face with the supervisor and project managers at the location.
    HR department was super nice and friendly. The local supervisor and team was very friendly. They were very busy and took a long time to get back to me, and I actually figured they just weren't interested, but I got a personal call stating that they liked everything about me, but decided to go with a person with less experience to train them and keep costs lower.
